Privacy notice
This notice explains what HACK.CENT collects through this site, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It covers nothing else — there is no advertising network, no analytics vendor and no tracking pixel on these pages.

Who is responsible
HACK.CENT is the pronunciation and spoken-English training program of LINGU.LAND, which is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights in clause 07, write to privacy@lingu.land.
What is collected, and only when you send it
Nothing is collected by visiting these pages. Data reaches us only when you submit one of the two forms.
Masterclass registration
- First name and email address — to contact you about the session.
- Country (optional) and time zone — to schedule the session at an hour you can attend.
- Your answer about your biggest challenge with spoken English — to shape the examples used.
- Your consent to receive the event details, and separately your optional consent to marketing.
Program application
- First name and email address — to reply to your application.
- Country (optional) and time zone — to arrange the follow-up conversation.
- Your reasons for applying, what you struggle with, whether you can hold a basic English conversation, and your preferred study availability — to assess fit.
- Your optional consent to marketing.
Your answer about basic conversation is a yes-or-no question about practical comfort. It is not a language test, and no CEFR level or equivalent classification is recorded or used to filter applications.
Technical details recorded with a submission
- The time the submission was received.
- Which channel brought you here — the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, stored in your browser for the length of your visit only and sent with the form.
- Your IP address, used briefly to limit the rate of submissions and block automated spam.
No cookies are set for advertising or analytics. The attribution described above is held in your browser session storage, is cleared when you close the tab, and is never shared with a third party.
Why it is processed
Registration and application details are processed on the basis of your consent and in order to take the steps you asked for — contacting you about the session you registered for, or replying to your application. Marketing email is sent only on the separate optional consent, never on the strength of a registration. Spam-prevention data is processed on our legitimate interest in keeping the forms usable.
Who else sees it
Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are seen by the people running the program and by the service providers that host this site, store the records and deliver our email, acting on our instructions only. No applicant record is publicly accessible.
How long it is kept
- Masterclass registrations: kept until the session has taken place and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can tell you about the next one if you consented to that.
- Applications: kept for up to 24 months, so an application that is not taken forward now can be picked up later without starting again.
- Marketing consent records: kept for as long as the consent stands, and afterwards as proof that it was given and withdrawn.
- Spam-prevention data: minutes, not months.
Anything you ask us to delete is deleted sooner than that, on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to our use of it, ask us to restrict that use, and withdraw any consent you gave — including marketing consent, which every marketing email also lets you withdraw in one click. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was lawful before it. Write to privacy@lingu.land and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Payments
No payment is taken on this site, and no card details are entered on these pages. If and when enrolment is paid for, that happens with a payment provider on its own pages, and card details never reach us.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The terms of use are set out here.
